I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It's been very pleasant as a university student. One thing that is quite annoying is the scrolling feature - when I scroll on my macbook pro it doesn't really work well. Overall, this is perfect for annotating my lecture slides and readings. As a student, I find it a bit expensive ($72/year) - maybe there can be some incentive for students?? :)

So far it has met my needs and wants. While there has been a struggle with removing the Electronic disclosure page, their technicians and chat support are quick to respond.

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Very usable
It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Well PDF has help me through many challenges during this Pandemic not being able to get to a fax machine to send documents. I love how easy it is to get through a document and how it allows you to send the documents via mail, IRS & many other good things.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm

How many years is an employer required to retain records of wages paid?
You must keep all payroll records for at least three years, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA). And, you need to keep records that show how you determined wages for two years (e.g., time cards that comply with FLEA timekeeping requirements).
How long does an employer have to keep unemployment records?
Unemployment Tax Records Under the records-in-general rule, such records must be retained for four years after the due date of the Form 940, Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return or the date the required FTA tax was paid, whichever is later.
How long do companies keep your records on file?
It may vary by state to state, but usually employment records are kept for a minimum of 7 years since the last date of employment. That said, the 7 years figure is a minimum, and any employer could keep records, including performance info and termination records indefinitely.
How long do you have to keep garnishment records?
Fair Labor Standards Act Records that employers are required to maintain for at least three years include personal information about the employee, including Social Security number, sex, position and title, wages earned, pay rate and overtime earnings.
