When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Image specifications for email Image size: Header graphics should be between 600-700 pixels wide, with a proportional height (a general guideline is 100-200 pixels). For images within your mailing's content, we recommend 480 × 480 pixels or smaller.
The standard HTML email template size for width is 600 pixels for desktops as well as 320px for vertical and 480px for horizontal view on mobile devices. The height is unlimited and depends on the content length. That's all!
Dimensions: 600px to 650px is still the best image size for email. The most popular screen resolution worldwide across both mobile and all platforms is 360×640.
Most industry leaders still use 600px as the default width for most of their (responsive) email templates. Litmus I have to add that sometimes they use fancy things like full-width background images or even HTML5 animations in their emails. And most free responsive email templates obey the 600px rule.
Recommended email banner specs We recommend a maximum email banner width of 650 pixels and a maximum height of between 90 and 150 pixels when designing a header or footer. This ensures that your email banner will be easily viewable (but not obstructive) in any preview pane or smartphone.
Right-click the picture, point to “Send to” and select “Mail Recipient.” Click the “Picture Size” drop-down menu and select your preferred resolution. Selecting “Small: 640 × 480” minimizes the file and resolution sizes.
To compress all pictures in your document, on the ribbon, select File > Compress Pictures (or File > Reduce File Size). To compress only selected pictures, hold down SHIFT, click the pictures you want to compress, and then click Compress Pictures on the Picture Format tab.
Select the files or folders to compress; right-click on the selected area and select “Send to.” Click “Compressed (zipped) folder” to compress the selected files and archive them into a single convenient file with the maximum possible data compression.
