It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

Once you get used to the typing sequences - it is the bomb!!! DITTO but at first it is extremely frustrating & if do not use it on a regular basis - you always recall the truly pain in the ----- re this aspect.

So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. This app is extremely easy to use and straight forward, especially for someone like myself that isn't too tech savy. It has made my life so much more simpler without having the frustration of trying to figure out how to use and app and fill out those long documents!

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful.
