The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished. What do you dislike? Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
