Amazing software except for the licensing. I just want to pay for when I need it. For a business the month to month is great, but for a single time user it is a bit tougher.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Bates Method has never been proven effective in providing significant or lasting vision improvement. Also, some activities recommended by Bates including “sunning” (exposing the eyes to direct sunlight) and “palming” (covering the closed eyes with the palms of the hands) could potentially be damaging to the eyes.
Bates came to the conclusion that many people who wore glasses did not need them. He gradually and carefully developed a simple group of exercises for improving the ability of the eyes themselves to see, eliminating the tension caused by poor visual habits that are the major cause of bad eyesight.
Eat a balanced and healthy diet rich in antioxidants and vitamin A. Get enough sleep. Exercise regularly. Protect your eyes from the sun. Wear eye protection when doing anything that could potentially lead to eye injury. Take breaks from screen time. Obtain regular eye exams.
Palming soothes the optic nerve, which is often irritated. Sit in a darkened room with your elbows leaning on a table. Relax your back and shoulders, rub your hands together vigorously to warm them, then place your palms over your eyes. Don't press the eye sockets and don't lean on the cheekbones.
Eye exercises do help some people with weak extraocular muscles. They can strengthen their eyes and improve their vision. But eye exercises don't work for everyone. For example, they won't improve your vision if you have astigmatism or severe near- or farsightedness.
For centuries, people have promoted eye exercises as a natural cure for vision problems, including eyesight. There's very little credible scientific evidence suggesting that eye exercises can improve vision. However, exercises can help with eyestrain and may help your eyes feel better.
Many eye exercises are touted as ways to naturally improve eyesight and overcome nearsightedness. We can't correct our vision without professional help, and there's no quick-and-easy fix for eyesight problems. But with tools such as good nutrition and diet, you can still help your eyesight naturally and on your own.
Answer: While there are many rumors surrounding the idea that eye exercises will make your prescription glasses redundant, such suggestions are a dangerous myth. However, they will not correct eye conditions such as short-sightedness (myopia), long-sightedness (hyperopia) or astigmatism.
