Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Paper as we know it today was first made in Lei-Yang, China by Ts'ai Run, a Chinese court official. In all likelihood, Ts'ai mixed mulberry bark, hemp and rags with water, mashed it into pulp, pressed out the liquid, and hung the thin mat to dry in the sun.
But it took 3000 years to come up with paper! Paper was invented around 100 BC in China. In 105 AD, under the Han Dynasty emperor Ho-Ti, a government official in China named Ts'ai Run was the first to start a paper-making industry.
Paper Invented. It is said on this day in 105 AD, the eunuch Ts'ai Run first presented the Chinese Han Dynasty Emperor Han Ho Ti with samples of paper. Chinese historical records suggest that Ts'ai Run himself invented paper, however, recent archaeological finds suggest that it had been invented 200 years earlier.
The earliest paper was called 'cloth parchment', but it often contained wood and straw in addition to cloth. All these raw materials were beaten to a fine pulp and mixed with water. Sheets of paper were then pressed out, dried and hardened.
Paper was invented around 100 CE, during the Han dynasty, when the national civil service was set up. The first paper was made from rags, but later plant materials were used, such as bark, hemp, and bamboo. The first Chinese books were made from strips of bamboo, tied together in a bundle.
But in fact, paper has been made from wood only since the mid-1800s. Up until the 1850s, paper was made from recycled linen and cotton rags. Rags were so valued for papermaking that one mill in Massachusetts used as its paper's watermark the words, “Save Rags.”
The basic process of producing medieval paper consists of several steps. First, materials such as cotton would be soaked in warm water and mashed into a wet pulp. Then, papermakers would dip a wire screen held by a wood frame into the pulp and pull it out, draining out all the excess water.
Paper made out of plant like fibers was invented by the Chinese CAI Run, who in 105 AD mixed textile fibers from the bark of the mulberry in water and produced sheets of paper from that. The invention of paper was one of the reasons of the successes of early China, through easier governing of the country.
