Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

I cannot really say anything I dislike about the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Notice-and-comment rule making is a common rule making procedure under which a proposed rule is published in the Federal Register and is open to comment by the public.
What is the time period for the public to submit comments? In general, agencies will specify a comment period ranging from 30 to 60 days in the Dates section of the Federal Register document, but the time period can vary. For complex rule makings, agencies may provide for longer time periods, such as 180 days or more.
Major rules (ones that are economically significant and require IRA review) must be made effective at least 60 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register, allowing time for Congressional review. In emergency situations, a major rule can be made effective before 60 days.
In administrative law, rule-making is the process that executive and independent agencies use to create, or promulgate, regulations. In general, legislatures first set broad policy mandates by passing statutes, then agencies create more detailed regulations through rule making.
Federal law requires government agencies to allow at least 30 days after publication for the public to submit written data, views, or arguments regarding a proposed rule. In some cases, the statute authorizing a rule requires a longer comment period.
