My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

So far, so good. I love the fact that, before I paid--my documents were always saved and not lost. So that later, when I was ready to pay, I didn't have to start over. That was awesome.

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

I LIKE USING THE PDFILLER BECAUSE IT HAS SO MANY DIVERSITY FEATURES YOU CAN USE FOR PERSONAL AND OFFICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ANYONE WHO IS WORKING IN OR OUT OF AN OFFICE SETTING.

PDFfiller was an easy and convenient service to use. I filled out my PDF no problem and saved my documents. The customer support team was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed to change my plan. Highly recommend!
