An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received. The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

Monogram rules for three letters Traditionally, the first letters of their first, last and middle name are used, in that order. For couples, if they share their last name, the last name remains in the middle with the initials of their first names on the left and right side.

She left out the shirt bearing Logan's initials as he requested then glared at it. Have the initials and begin differently. (4) The initials and final letters of several words are formed into separate words.
A person is often addressed by just one of his given names, in formal settings followed by his surname. In some places it is common to include the first letter(s) of the other given names in the “full name” as well. So let's say that Mr. and Mrs.
Using Punctuation: Period with Initials and Abbreviations. A period should be placed after an initial and after most abbreviations. Note: When an abbreviation is the last word in a sentence, do not add a second period.
Initials require no periods when someone has come to be known by initials alone (JFK, LBJ, etc.). Mary Jane is MJ. However, formal manuscripts probably need the periods. But if you're following Chicago, you also want a space between the initials: O. J.
