It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do

Great communication and customer service!
I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

The filler was not completing all of…
The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.
