I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

ITS PRETTY GREAT, THERE ARE A FEW FEATURES I WOULD LIKE, INCLUDING AN ONLINE MANUAL AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE TEXT BOXES ONCE THEY ARE FILLED OUT. THERE COULD ALSO BE AN ABILITY TO PAY PER FORM AS I PROBABLY WON'T BE FILLING OUT PDFS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

Can you register a car that's not in your name?
Yes, HOWEVER, you will need required documents in order to register the vehicle if your name is not on the title. 1. Bring in the title documents, proof of insurance, signature form (TR-212a), and payment, and we will register the vehicle without the owner in the office.
Can you register a vehicle if the title is in someone else's name?
The car can only be registered by the owner. If you sign the title over to someone else, they will own the car and can register the car in their name. At that point, they will need to start insurance in their own name and can add you as a driver.
Can you buy a car and register it in someone else's name?
If you purchase a car for someone else, you have the option to have the loan in your name or to cosign with the individual you're buying it for. The only way to buy the vehicle as a surprise is to put in the loan in your own name. The title may be registered under both names.
Can someone else sign a car title?
No one can sign a title for you. If you are selling the car, you, as owner must signet. Some titles require the new buyer to sign the title before requesting a new title. You, the new owner, must also register the car and order license plates.
