It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. I had the wrong EIN number on a… I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

Must Have! This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online. It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

What do you like best? It's ability to upload pretty much any type of document What do you dislike? I cannot really say anything I dislike about the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem we have is that we receive uneditable documents that we are able to edit easily with PDFFiller. It's super beneficial because it saves us so much time.

What do you like best? The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well What do you dislike? The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.
