PDFfiller is a good value application for PDF file editing, filling and file management. My limited use of the application so far leaves a lot of its functionality to be discovered. However, it is very user friendly and simple to work with.

THIS THING IS A DREAM (although I did have some kind of issue opening up a file.) I used the MERGE function and it merged some files I didn't need. That was weird. So I'm editing one page at a time instead. That seems to be working.

How do I certify a true copy document?
Writing 'Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me' on the document. Signing and dating it. Printing their name under the signature. Adding their occupation, address and telephone number.

Is certified true copy same as notarized?
They all refer to the same thing. Notarized Copy and Certified Copy are used interchangeably. A certified copy does not verify the authenticity of the original document, only that the copy is a true copy of what appears to be an original document to the Notary Public.
How do I download a certified copy of a document?
You have to visit the Sub-Registrar office (SRO) where the property is registered and make an application to get a certified copy of Sale Deed. The Registration office has the scanned copy of your Sale Deed with them.
