Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

What do you like best?
I used PDFfiller to complete PDF versions of scholarship applications and it was such a time savings and so easy to work with that it was worth every penny. Since that time I have found many more features, like the verified signing, that it has become a necessary tool for both work and personal use.

Not really anything I disliked. I think the price for a personal user is a little expensive.

The inner envelope tells the household who is invited. It is the smaller envelope and does NOT have a gummed flap. This envelope is to be hand-addressed in blue or black matching ink, but informally, something like below. Insert your invitation or announcement in this envelope, then insert into the larger envelope.
The smaller, inner envelope protects your announcement and is addressed only with the names of the recipients, as if you were speaking to them (for example, Grandma, Uncle Paul, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson).
Write the name of the addressee and family on the front of the inside envelope; their names may be expressed informally. Place your graduation announcement into the inside envelope with the folded edge inserted first and the front of the announcement facing the flap.
The outer envelope tells the post office where to deliver the graduation announcement. This envelope has a gummed flap and is the slightly larger envelope. ... The inner envelope tells the household who is invited. It is the smaller envelope and does NOT have a gummed flap.
Graduation announcements should be sent out at least two weeks before the event. If they don't include an invitation, you can send them up to six weeks after the event. You may also consider sending out a save the date email three months before the ceremony to ensure loved ones can attend.
Formally address the mailing envelope by hand. Use titles like “Ms.” or “Dr.” Spell out words completely, rather than using abbreviations, like “Street” rather than “St.” Slip the announcement, fold first and face up, into the small inner envelope. Do not lick or tuck in the inner envelope flap.
Whether you include a name card, the announcement should be placed in the smaller envelope with folded edge inserted first. The front of the announcement faces the flap so that when the inner envelope is opened, the front of the card is seen.
If your order contains tissue inserts, place the translucent paper on the inside of your announcement.
Send your Announcements to family and friends early enough to arrive two weeks before your graduation date. Two envelopes come with each announcement. Address the larger, outer envelope with a blue or black pen. Write out the complete address, using as few abbreviations as possible.
