So Easy to Use Anybody Could Do It
I have had a great experience with this program so far it has eliminated my need for some of the other programs I have tried which ultimately has saved a lot of money while also making my job a little easier.
PDFiller is so easy to use that you anybody can do it. It walks you through everything but you may not even need to do that its very clear and easy to navigate. This program also has saved me so much time and money on other options in which you would have to get more than one program to accomplish what just this one program does.
Once in a while I have to exit out of it because it freezes up, but I'm always able to go right back into it without having to wait.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.

It's working great so far-- I can't find the original/blank commercial invoice I saved, which is a bummer, but other than that- it's working Wonderfully!

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

How do you write an expense voucher?
Name and address of the company. If this expense voucher is for the use of your company only, this information is for formality's sake. Date. Voucher Number. Information about the credited. Revenue Stamp. Proof of Amount Received. Signature of the company's representatives.
What is an expense voucher?
The Expense Voucher (TP) is used to request reimbursement for travel expenses when a traveler has returned from a business related trip. The Expense Voucher (TP) reflects the actual cost of the trip. Trip View. Date. Default is the system date (usually the current date).
How do you enter an accounting voucher?

How do I use a check voucher?
Go to Navigation Panel > Expense > Check Voucher. Click Add New Check Voucher. A pop-up form will appear.
What is a manual voucher purchase?
A manual voucher is a small form that resembles a check completed by the Cashier and the DEBT Cardholder, and authorized by calling the Retailer Help Desk for your state at the time of the transaction. The manual vouchers must then be cleared within 15 days of the transaction in order for Retailers to be reimbursed.
Can you manually enter DEBT number at Walmart?
You shouldn't be manually entering the DEBT card numbers. If the card doesn't swipe the customer needs to get a new one. It is very likely fraud which is why they don't like the card to be typed in manually. Depends on the store, my store ONLY allows us to hand-key DEBT cards.
Can I use my food stamps without the card?
Yes, you should have your Electronic Benefit Transfer (DEBT) card with you in order to make a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligible food purchase. If you do not have the physical card available to make a SNAP purchase, the retailer may decline the sale or require an alternate method of payment.
