Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.
