Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I had to send an important medical document on short notice and needed to fill a pdf document that was not fillable. I quickly did a search on the internet and found the pdfFilter. To my surprise, it was effortless to do, and was able to send the document in a timely manner.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!
