The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

I like the flexibility of this program I like the flexibility of this program. But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

My Issue Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star

Good Software - I would recommend to others Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.
