I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.

What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.

I tried adobe and a couple of other PDF…
I tried adobe and a couple of other PDF editors and they all had problems with tax forms. pdfFiller was flawless.

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind
I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
