I can accomplish most of what I need, but can't use the erase feature unless we pay another9.99 a month. I think that's excessive. Other than that, I like the system.

The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!

What do you like best?
I use PDFiller constantly. In some ways, better than Acrobat,
What do you dislike?
Price of a subscription. (Being forced to write 40 characters or more is absurd.) Also, the survey is too long and time consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would be helpful if png's were accepted and converted to pdf's.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Had one problem a long time ago, which was quickly resolved by a PDFiller staffer.

Great way to electronically complete forms!
I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!
It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

I was very impressed with this web-based PDF editor
Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.

Can a chair make a motion in Robert's Rules?
The goal of following Robert's Rules is to protect the rights of the minority, ensure legality and expedite business. Chair should remain neutral, not making motions and not debating. If chair participates in the debate, he or she should relinquish the chair's position until after the vote.
How do you amend bylaws in Robert's rules?
Our bylaws state that the Board may adopt, repeal or amend bylaws unless doing so would materially and adversely affect the active members rights as to voting or transfer. And without approval of the members the board may not adopt, amend or repeal and bylaws that would increase or extend the terms of Directors.
What is the chapter 20 of the Robert's rule of order?
Chapter 20 - Bylaws. Bylaws are the most important document of the organization. Without bylaws, an organization would have no structure, and anarchy would rule.
Do bylaws supersede Robert's rules of order?
Robert's Rules help meetings running smoothly and to provide everyone a fair voice. There are a variety of other types of motions (secondary, incidental, privileged) and rules which aid in this, but also rarely come up. It is also important to note that Robert's Rules do not supersede the organization's bylaws.
What is chapter 15 of the Roberts rule of order?
Chapter 15 - Discipline. Every organization has the right to enforce its rules and expect ethical and honorable conduct from its members. Most organizations have discipline problems from time to time.
What is chapter 19 of the Roberts Rules of Order?
Chapter 19 - Various Types of Governing Documents. Without written and agreed-upon rules, organizations would be at the mercy of the majority's whims. A majority of those voting at a meeting could change the rules whenever those rules didn't suit certain goals.

What is the difference between a bylaw and a standing rule?
Standing Rules relate to the details of the administration of the organization. Bylaws contain the basic rules of the organization. They supersede all other rules except the corporate charter if there is one. They are adopted to supplement and interpret the bylaws.
