It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

Great!
I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of.

I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses! Well-designed and functional, user-friendly
I use pdfFiller almost every day for my business proofreading for court reporters.
It's been invaluable, whether I need to save a PDF in a different format (.docx, .xlsx, etc.), combine hundreds of pages or PDFs into one PDF, or quickly edit a PDF.
I searched long and hard to find this program, which unlike other PDF programs I tried (including Adobe), consistently delivers on what I need it to do, is well-designed, functional, and user-friendly.
And on top of all that, support responds almost magically quickly to questions or issues, like I had today, which in a deadline-driven business like mine is invaluable.
