My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

I work in HR so I use it for onboarding: signing new contracts, responsibility agreements, etc. It makes it easier to track everyone's progress and create a digital contractor file

Well
Well, this is my first experience and it was very well, although I will be sure of this assestment until I receibe the opinion of my coleges since they will read the edited pdf.
What I think that PdfFiller is doing well? Well let me have another edition experience and I will be on the condition to answer this question.
The only thing that I didn't like, was that I select the option to pay 15 dlls and the charge to my credit card was almost twice.

I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!
