I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you

Well I am very computer savvy but there have been some challenges to learning pdffiller
I was creating fillable forms and then opening them on my Mac using Preview and the fillable fields wouldn't show. Then I opened with Adobe reader and everything was fine.
I would like to know if it is possible for me to create a pdf that my students could use their stylus to write and draw on?

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
