Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

You can join multiple fields from the left table and right table to specify multiple join conditions in a relationship. The two fields that join the left and right tables do not need to have the same name. The joined fields must have compatible data types.
Method 1: Relational Algebra Relational algebra is the most common way of writing a query and also the most natural way to do so. The code is clean, easy to troubleshoot, and unsurprisingly, it is also the most efficient way to join two tables.
The join order is the order in which the tables are joined together in a multi-table SQL statement. Ideally, a plan should start with the join that eliminates the most data to minimize the amount of data carried into the subsequent joins.
There are two basic ways to join tables together: top-to-bottom and side-by-side. A top-to-bottom join (which here I call concatenation) is fairly straightforward in that it just requires you to decide which columns in one table correspond to which columns in the other.
Best Practices Let the large table join the small table rather than the large table joining the large table. Use the equality condition and the and condition in the join conditions, but do not use the or condition. Use Inner Join or Outer Join instead of Cross Join.
Use inner join, instead of outer join if possible. The outer join should only be used if it is necessary. Using outer join limits the database optimization options which typically results in slower SQL execution. DISTINCT and UNION should be used only if it is necessary.
To combine data from two tables we use an SQL JOIN clause, which comes after the FROM clause. Database tables are used to organize and group data by common characteristics or principles. Often, we need to combine elements from separate tables into a single tables or queries for analysis and visualization.
