It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful!
It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible.
You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.
With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands.
As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

How do I file a compassionate release?
Inmate requests that the BOP file a motion for the inmate's early. Warden responds within 30 days and either denies or grants the request. If the Warden rejects the request, the inmate has 20 days from the date of the Warden's response to appeal the Warden's decision.
How do you get a compassionate release?
To seek compassionate release, federal inmates must file a petition with the warden. Compassionate release is only granted “when there are particularly extraordinary or compelling circumstances which could not reasonably have been foreseen by the court at the time of sentencing.”
What states have compassionate release?
Forty-nine states and the District of Columbia provide one or more forms of compassionate release. Only Iowa has no specific compassionate release law or regulationSeveral other states, such as Illinois and Michigan, technically have programs in place, but provide no detailed rules or guidance on implementing them.
How do prisoners get early release?
Prisoners are not entitled to parole -- they need to earn it. Parole is the early release from prison, before the prisoner has served the entire sentence. At the time of sentencing, no matter the date of the crime, judges can order supervised release for any prisoner upon his or her release.
What is the difference between medical parole and compassionate release?
Compassionate release, or recall of sentence, is available to California inmates who are terminally ill and have six month or less to live. Medical Parole is available to inmates who are incapacitated or in a vegetative state and requires 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Who is eligible for the first step act?
Only inmates convicted of a federal offense committed after November 1, 1987, and inmates convicted of DC Code felony offenses committed on or after August 5, 2000, are eligible to earn up to 54 days of good conduct time.
How do you qualify for the first step act?
If passed, the FIRST STEP Act would: Place prisoners within 500 driving miles of their families. The FIRST STEP Act would require the BOP to place people in prisons no more than 500 driving miles from home unless security designation, programming or health care needs, or bed space limits prevent it.
What will the first step act do?
The First Step Act requires the Attorney General to develop a risk and needs assessment system to be used by BOP to assess the recidivism risk and criminogenic needs of all federal prisoners and to place prisoners in recidivism reducing programs and productive activities to address their needs and reduce this risk.
