Definitely an aid needed in my industry for State regulatory data gathering forms. Tedious and every facility utilized the 35 pg form differently with no consistency. The tool is also very physician specific though as a Nurse Practitioner a good degree of crativity is required to enter the desired information that has no technical heading/home within the document. Adding pages and making duplicates is key as it often required, especially with added clinical experience and with work history. The ssimple 35 pages easily grows to over 60 at times.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

Filled My Document My Way Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

Use fabric instead of paper to cover your boards. This little hack will save you YEARS of a headache. Measure once, cut, staple and done. Fabric doesn't fade like paper.
Use large headings or headliners to label bulletin boards so that they are noticeable and easy to read. You can also line up headliners along a wall or above a chalkboard or whiteboard to create borders and classroom calendars, or use them to label classroom centers, reading areas, and much more.
Flannel and cotton fabrics are considered to be the best choices when making a fabric bulletin board. These types of fabric are durable and will withstand the stretching required to make the board. They are smooth and soft to the touch.
Staple the fabric to the top of the bulletin board, leaving 1/2 space where the border will go. Pull the fabric tight to prevent wrinkles.
Then place the fabric face down on your floor. Place the foam insulation on top of it. Wrap the fabric around the sides making sure it's straight, smooth, and even. Attach the fabric to the back, using large pieces of clear packing tape (or duct tape or flat thumbtacks.
