It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

How do I stop receiving unwanted faxes?
If your fax is receiving unwanted fax transmissions, you can stop them by using a few different methods. Phone the remove me number. Fax solicitations are supposed to contain an opt-out or remove me number. Call the phone number and request the faxes to be discontinued.
Are unsolicited faxes illegal?
Congress first addressed the issue of junk faxes in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (CPA). Although this legislation dealt broadly with larger issues of nuisance telemarketing tactics, it included provisions making it illegal for any person to send an unsolicited advertisement to a fax machine.
