The only issue I have is that old documents that I thought would be saved are not. That is my issue, however, and not yours. Everything else is great.

Takes some time to get used to, and a little pricey, but acceptable. Will look around for cheaper alternatives when it comes to renewing subscription.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To flatten a diploma, place it face-down on a clean, hard surface such as a table or a piece of acrylic, and place a leather print weight on each corner. You can use blotting paper in between to further protect the document. Leave the diploma undisturbed for at least a day, after which it should no longer curl.
Lay the diploma into the glue starting at one end, lay it carefully but quickly and evenly into the glue. Put dry blotter paper on top of the diploma and a lot of glass weights, enough to real flatten the heck out of it. Let it dry for about three or four days before removing the glass weights.
Plug in a household iron and set it to medium heat. Lay a thick towel on a smooth, flat surface to protect the surface from heat. Smooth out the diploma as much as possible and place it on top of the parchment paper. Dampen a clean cloth with water and pat the wrinkled or creased areas of the diploma with the cloth.
Diplomas are now usually made with high-quality paper or synthetic parchment (paper bathed in oil) to give that old-fashioned, sheepskin appearance.
That Paper Is Worth $150,000 or More! A college diploma is one of the most expensive and valuable credentials you'll ever earn, and it's printed on one of the most fragile materials. Paper can easily tear, crease, stain, and deteriorate due to improper handling or storage.
Dust, moisture and sunlight do somehow have their way with a diploma kept in a frame. It begins to fade and look old. The best way to preserve and protect a diploma is by keeping it in a diploma folder. It is prudent to buy a diploma holder of the best quality, preferably of leather.
Apply even pressure to your diploma when it is not displayed. Your diploma should be placed between documents and keepsakes of similar size to prevent bowing. A good way to preserve the shape of your diploma is to place it horizontally instead of vertically in a storage container.
No, you're not going to have to show your diploma as proof that you graduated from high school. If you go to college, you will have to provide proof that you graduated. However, this is going to be in the form of an official transcript. Your guidance counselor from high school will send this to the college.
