What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

I have used this product six times since installing 2 days ago. This is the best PDF app I have seen in a long time. I will highly recommend it.

It's easy to work with. Wish there was a "clear all" button so that I wouldn't have to close and open back up to start a new form, but overall, great product

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

Why are multiple cells highlighted in Excel?
Double-click the EXT letters to turn it off or simply press F8. (When Excel is in extend mode, one end of a selection is “anchored” and the selection extends from there to where you click or move next.) If the problem still continues, it could be because of a hardware problem with the mouse.
How do you stop Excel from highlighting multiple rows?
Start in cell B2. Press F8. Use the right arrow and down arrow to move the cursor around, and Excel will keep selecting additional cells until you stop pressing arrow keys.
