I'm sure the service is extremely useful to the computer literates, but I'm not one of them. Although it's not rocket science, I'm old fashioned and was hoping to talk to someone and walk me through it over the phone. Not a bad experience though...

It was helpful, but it only put the payers name on copy A, the other copies had all the information there, except the payers name, address, city, state, zip.......the main header.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Create an exact copy of your diploma for daily presentation to preserve your original diploma. Mount your diploma in a glass display case to preserve the document for years to come. Remove a framed diploma from your wall after parties and meetings at your home.
Apply even pressure to your diploma when it is not displayed. Your diploma should be placed between documents and keepsakes of similar size to prevent bowing. A good way to preserve the shape of your diploma is to place it horizontally instead of vertically in a storage container.
Hang the diplomas from left to right, in their order of importance. If you have four degrees, consider hanging them in a square pattern. If you have multiple diplomas and limited space, hang the most significant one.
That Paper Is Worth $150,000 or More! A college diploma is one of the most expensive and valuable credentials you'll ever earn, and it's printed on one of the most fragile materials. Paper can easily tear, crease, stain, and deteriorate due to improper handling or storage.
The sheepskin diploma apparently originated in the Middle Ages, when traveling scholars used to haul it around as proof of their education. That was the beginning of the credentials' society.
If a lost diploma is a problem, there is no need to panic. Lost high school records, both transcripts and a diploma, can be easily replaced. The first logical step is to get a copy from the high school where you graduated. These help them make sure you did indeed attend their school, including verifying your identity.
In order to get a certified copy of a diploma, you'll need to contact the school district office of where your high school is located. You'll need to visit them in person to request your high school transcripts and a certified copy of a diploma, and they'll most likely charge you a small fee.
Unfortunately, a copy cannot be used if it's required by your employer or prospective college. Therefore, if and when you need additional copies, you will likely have to pay a small fee. The fee differs from one high school to the next, but it usually costs anywhere between $10 and $25.
