Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

How do you keep ink from fading on paper?
The best barriers that can be used to prevent fading ink jet prints are known as fixative sprays. Fixative sprays contain chemicals that are designed to counter ultraviolet rays which leach away the vibrancy and color of the inks on the paper.
How do you restore faded ink on paper?
Start on the lowest heat setting, just in case, and point it at the receipt. The dry heat should cause the ink image to slowly reappear. You can use a scanner to upload a receipt and manipulate the image settings like you would for a photo. You can also scan a receipt with a black piece of paper behind it.
Why does the ink on receipts fade?
Why Receipts Fade? Receipts are typically printed on thermal paper, a chemically coated paper that produces text and image when heat is applied to its surface. Since this kind of paper is susceptible to heat and UV light, extended exposure to these elements will ultimately cause gradual fading.
How do you fade thermal receipts?
One of the more trusted ways is to apply heat to the thermal paper. All you need to do is to point a hairdryer to the reverse side of the receipt and hit the button. Keep heating the receipt up until the characters begin to become visible. Always use a low-medium heat on your hairdryer if not, an accident may occur.
How do you preserve thermal paper?
Since standard POS grade thermal paper is sensitive to ultraviolet light, it must be stored properly to encourage fade resistance. Thermal documents should be stored in a dark place at a relative humidity between 45% and 65% and a room temperature below 77 °F (25°C).
Does thermal paper go bad?
Like all papers, thermal paper, is going to eventually deteriorate, so it's a good idea to make a copy of anything important while you can. The best thing to do if you require copies of crucial receipts or documents, is to scan them and store on a regularly backed up computer.
