Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

How do I keep my phone unused?
Power down the device to avoid additional battery use. Place your device in a cool, moisture-free environment that's less than 90° F (32° C). If you plan to store your device for longer than six months, charge it to 50% every six months.
How do I store an unused cell phone?
Place the battery in a sealable airtight plastic bag when the device's reads a 40-percent State of Charge, or SoC. Seal the bag. Find a position in a refrigerator kept at a constant 59-degree Fahrenheit temperature to store your battery.
How can I store my phone battery when not in use?
Let your battery run down to about 40% charge. Store your battery in an airtight container or bag. Store your battery in the refrigerator. When you are ready to use your stored battery, leave it outside the refrigerator for an hour before using.
