Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I love it for my business. It makes it so much easier to have a completely paperless office. We can just scan things into the computer and edit them or use as a document on PDFfiller.

If you have your phone plugged into a wall outlet when it is off, you also won't get any of the benefits. However, if you're out of network range or if you are planning on going to sleep without charging your phone, go ahead and turn off the phone. When off, your phone won't lose power.
Myth 4: You don't need to turn your phone off ever. The truth: Your phone may be a machine, but it still needs to take a few breaks. At the very least, Apple experts recommend turning your phone off once a week in order to preserve battery life. Turning off your phone is important for Android devices as well.
