I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

Forgot something on you PDF? this software got your back
It really happens to everyone, somethings you just miss something on a document that is already a pdf, with this tool you can fix it right away.
Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo. PDF filler will just let you convert this to a word doc so you can fix all you need.
Nothing, easy to use, easy to convert again to pdf and help a lot if you just lost the original file.

Helps get the work done
I like that PDF Filler allows you to create a template and and works with interrogation apps so I can have forms filled in that I need for Every Client easily done.
With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.
to print a Doc it is a Little slow but not to bad cant really think of any other cons

Overall, the experience is very good. I plan on using it for a very long time.
It's very easy to navigate. PDF Filler makes it easy for small business owners as myself to have the professional look when conducting business.
It's a lot of features that I don't need. This sometimes causes confusion and extra time navigating around the site.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.
