What do you like best? I love that PDF Fillers allows me to use me to organize my files into folders. I am able to sort my files and access with ease. What do you dislike? I wish the platform would be available a downloadable app for the desktop.It would be easier than logging on to a website. Recommendations to others considering the product: The pdf filler is get if you really need to get yourself organized. It's also great for signing documents. The pdfFiller also is easy to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love that PDF Filler saves my files where I left off. Sometimes I find myself in the middle of a lot of things and have my information saved makes it a lot easier for me.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Retention labels include the option to declare a document as a SharePoint Record, which means that it cannot be edited or deleted. However, the metadata about a Record can be edited. In this instance, Malcolm isn't setting the label to declare content as a record.
With a retention policy, you can: Decide proactively whether to retain content, delete content, or both — retain and then delete the content. Apply a single policy to the entire organization or specific locations or users.
Navigate to Compliance management > Retention policies, and then click Add. In New Retention Policy, complete the following fields: Name: Enter a name for the retention policy. Retention tags: Click Add to select the tags you want to add to this retention policy.
