Top notch customer support I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. Took me a while to figure out how to… Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.
