I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Very easy to use. Great for completing Government forms. Minor mistakes easily corrected and the end result is much neater and legible. Saves time and paper by not having to print forms, complete them manually then scan the completed form.

What do you like best?
I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.
What do you dislike?
The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Filling PDF files for formal use
The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage.
The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.
