I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
49 CFR 172.406 states labels must be printed on or affixed to a surface (other than the bottom) of the package or containment device containing the hazardous material and be located on the same surface of the package and near the proper shipping name marking, if the package dimensions are adequate.
Hazmat Label Placement The label must be printed on or affixed to a surface of the package or containment. The label must be located on the same surface of the package and near the shipping name marking. If primary and subsidiary hazard labels are required, they must be displayed with 6 inches of each other.
TYPES OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Defined in 49 CFR 172.101 and 172, they include explosives, gases, flammable and combustible liquids, flammable solids, oxidizing substances, organic peroxides, toxic substances and infectious substances, radioactive materials, corrosives and miscellaneous hazardous materials.
Labels must appear in their entirety and should not be placed near any other markings on the surface. They should always be visible, so never place them on the bottom of a container. If the waste has multiple hazards associated with it multiple labels should be displayed next to each other.
OSHA has updated the requirements for labeling of hazardous chemicals under its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS). All labels are required to have pictograms, a signal word, hazard and precautionary statements, the product identifier, and supplier identification.
To identify if a substance is hazardous, check the product's container label and/or the SDS which is available from the supplier. If a product is not classified as a hazardous chemical under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, a SDS is not required and therefore may not be available.
DOT labels must have the hazard class number, or the division number, printed in a font that is at least 6.3 mm (0.25 inches) and not greater than 12.7 mm (0.5 inches) in height.
2) Bilingual Requirements All mandatory information must be in both official languages of Canada: English & French. There are a few cases in which you do not need bilingual labelling: Local products (sold in a local area in which English or French is the mother tongue for less than 10% of the residents)
