Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. I love this software and use it frequently.
Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.
