In ways its harder to use, does not put signs in for you and does not calculate for you like the regular form.. but this is the only way I can save my form and make copies and edit it so this kind of saved me a ton of time!

Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Apps & notifications. Notifications. Under Recently Sent, tap an app. Tap a type of notification. Choose your options: Choose Alerting or Silent. To see a banner for alerting notifications when your phone is unlocked, turn on Pop on screen.
Click on the menu icon (three stacked dots) on the top-right of the Chrome screen. Click Settings. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced. In the Privacy and Security section, scroll down and click Content Settings. Click Notifications.
On your phone, swipe down from the top of your screen to see your notifications. Tap and hold the notification, and then tap Settings. Then, choose your settings: To turn off some or all notifications, tap Turn off notifications.
Open Settings by pressing Start key on the keyboard, type Settings and select the top most search result. Select System from the window and click on Notifications & Actions from the left side panel of the window. Under Notifications, slide the bar to Off status for those you wish to disable.
Click on Chrome's menu icon in the upper-right corner of the browser and click on Settings. Type “Pop” into the Search settings field. Click Site Settings. Under Popups it should say Blocked. If it says Allowed, click Pop-ups and redirects. Turn off the switch next to Allowed.
For Android: To keep your phone's lock screen from lighting up when notifications come in, tap Settings > Display, then toggle off the Ambient Display setting. Or, here's another option: Tap Settings > Sound > Do not disturb > Block visual disturbances, then enable the Block when screen is off setting.
Put your iPhone into Do Not Disturb mode by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center and tapping the moon icon. While in Do Not Disturb mode, your iPhone's screen won't light up when it receives a notification.
