Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. The shift/delete cut worked, but the shift/insert paste didn't. Just need a little time to find my groove. All I can say right now is: Bye, Bye handwritten forms. dc macdonald

Overall it is pretty good, however, it is blurry when I print my page and I could not read it clearly. Can someone send me information on what I can do to make this better. Send answer to hickshayes@gmail.com. Thank you.

Quick and easy editing features. Not sure how to utilized the signing of documents feature, but will figure it out. I also would like to delete old docs no longer needed. An online class for the software use would be appreciated.

Very helpful in my law practice.
Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having remote agents fill out documents

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

again welcome back attorney Steve Andra and welcome to another exciting episode of litigation whiteboard in this video we're gonna be talking about the mandatory settlement conference okay so this is really an important point we are licensed practice law in California in Arizona this is general legal information only and not legal advice so without further ado let's head to the attorney Steve litigation white board okay so we are back here we are talking about the mandatory settlement conference aka the MSC so if you get a notice and it says would you know that or you're in court and the judge is saying we're setting an MSc for this date or that date you write that down and then you go look it up and you go what the heck is an MSc I have no idea it's a mandatory settlement conference okay so after your complaint here's how it full unfolds in real-life litigation you have your complaint filed you get into this discovery process you have formal discovery you have informal discovery you know we'll talk more about these things in other videos but you get there and at some point before trial we have the trial right here the judge is going to set the mandatory settlement conference what's that mean that means all parties have to show up they have to attend court that day now you can check there may be some flexibilities in these rules I've had cases where a defendant like an insurance carrier their clients out in you know Timbuktu Minnesota or whatever they can't make it to the hearing there are exceptions where you can phone in or be available by phone as they say but generally speaking the judges want to get the parties there they want to commit their time they want to get them out to court ready to discuss their case possibly ready to settle their case doesn't mean you have to there's no requirement that you are forced to settle your case but it's a good opportunity before you get to trial before you spend a lot of money on you know 10 20 days a trial it's an opportunity to basically have your case heard by a neutral or by a judge and spend some time in court and see if you can hash it out hash out your differences so what's the process basically it's going to depend on your judge your judge may have some special rules there may be briefs required check the box on that there may be some the judge may want to know where have said settlement talks Ben what have you guys talked about where we at in the process have you made any offers to settle do we have any how far apart are we you want a million dollars you want $5,000 where are we and so that so you may be required to submit briefs outlining your position you may be required to outline your legal theories your facts your your evidence for your damages so check with your rules see what the judge wants but make sure you're checking that out to see if you need something okay now what is the process it's essentially mediation so I'm going to check the Box mediation so you're essentially again you're...
