Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. An Alternative To Adobe

It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Can you remember what all the lower case letters look like when you are filling out forms by hand. I didn't remember, but when you use PDF filler you it does it for you.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
