One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

USCG application form, cancellation. I used pdfFiller to downloand an complete an application. It was seamless, and worked as expected. More importantly, I realized I had little use for this app on a longterm basis.I cancelled (incompletely, it turns out) my trial subscription online.A month later I received notice that my 1 year subscription had been processed.Fortunately two of the technicians came to my assistance, on a Sunday, no less.They cancelled my subscription and confirmed the action with me.I was very impressed with their response, and commend the company for which they work!

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.
