Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Are the DMS open?

Select offices are now open EVERY Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sacramento The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) now offers Saturday service every weekend at 60 field offices from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All services, except behind-the-wheel exams, will be provided. DMV offices will remain closed on Sunday.

Why are DMS not open on weekends?
