ITS PRETTY GREAT, THERE ARE A FEW FEATURES I WOULD LIKE, INCLUDING AN ONLINE MANUAL AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE TEXT BOXES ONCE THEY ARE FILLED OUT. THERE COULD ALSO BE AN ABILITY TO PAY PER FORM AS I PROBABLY WON'T BE FILLING OUT PDFS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Click Insert > Manual Break > Row Break or Insert > Manual Break > Column Break from the main menu. If you are creating subtotals, click Data > Subtotals, click the Options tab, and then select Page breaks between groups.
Open your document in OpenOffice Writer. Click wherever in the document you want the new page to appear. Click “Insert” and select “Manual Break.” Select “Page Break” and click “Default” from the Style section.
OpenOffice.org uses a feature called fields to manage page numbers. To insert a page number field, position the cursor where you want to insert the number and choose Insert > Fields > Page Number. The page number appears with a gray background.
Open the Styles and Formatting window [F11] (or choose Format > Styles and Formatting). Click on the Page Styles icon (fourth icon from left). Default should already be highlighted. ... In the dialog that appears, give the new page style a descriptive name, e.g. Landscape.
For example, if the active cell is H15, then the break is created between columns G and H. To see page break lines more easily on screen, you can change their color. Choose Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Appearance and scroll down to the Spreadsheet section.
Click at the beginning of the page you want to delete. Press the “Delete” key to remove the page. You may have to press the “Delete” key repeatedly to remove blank lines before the next paragraph or page. You will see your document's lines reformatting.
The most basic solution: go to your unwanted blank page, click as close to the bottom of the page as you can get, and press your backspace key until the page is removed.
Click wherever in the document you want the new page to appear. Select “Page Break” and click “Default” from the Style section. If the current page uses a custom style, select that instead. Click “OK” to enter the page break.
Go Home and select Show all nonprinting characters. These displays page breaks while you're working on your document. Click or tap just after the paragraph mark in the page break, and then press Delete.
