Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

All services in one!
I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here
If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.
