The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

How do you take night launch photos?
Set a low ISO at ~200 for better image quality. Place a piece of dark tape over the eyepiece & take sample images, adjust the composition & aperture to achieve the desired exposure of the scenery. Be careful not to go too bright because the rockets flame may blow-out. A safe aperture to use is 20 or smaller.

One of the most important tips is using manual focus. This will ensure that your camera is not thrown off by the intense brightness of the rocket. This is extremely important for night launches. To do this, switch your lens to autofocus (AF), refocus on the rocket before switching back to manual focus.
