You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

Very easy to navigate and use
Very easy to navigate and use. The plan is very much worth it if you plan to use and print a lot of documents. I would highly recommend using PDF filler for all of your personal and legal documents.

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.
