What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Making my job a lot easier using this product. A little difficult to navigate. I'm sure it will come easier with more frequency of using the product.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How do I get a wage transcript?
You can get an IRS wage and income transcript online at www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript. When you get wage and income transcript access, it will show you all the informational returns the IRS has received for your tax ID, like: W-2. Form 1099-INT.
What is a wage transcript?
IRS Definition A wage and income transcript shows data from information returns the IRS receives, such as Forms W-2, 1099, 1098 and Form 5498. Current tax year information may not be complete until July. This transcript is available for up to 10 prior years using Get Transcript Online or Form 4506-T.
Is a tax return transcript the same as a wage and income transcript?
Tax Account Transcript — shows basic data such as return type, marital status, adjusted gross income, taxable income and all payment types. Wage and Income Transcript — shows data from information returns we receive such as Forms W-2, 1099, 1098 and Form 5498, IRA Contribution Information.
