Easy to use! I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online. Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. If your essay demands bullet points, you can certainly include it. Do not use them unnecessarily. Unnecessary use will definitely make the essay appear dreadful and the readers will not be pleased or maybe confused about it. You can also use tables, numbers, etc as an alternative for bullet points.
