Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

Customer Service Online messaging rep..
I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. What do you like best?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring out things.
I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. As before in chatting with someone at the chat desk, they have always been professional.
